Summer Teacher Institute Registration Open

Posted: March 19, 2025

How is climate change impacting farms? What are farmers, scientists, and agribusinesses doing to ensure our food supply in the face of weather disasters? How can students prepare for careers solving sustainability challenges? Via farm and agribusiness tours, expert speakers, and ag literacy resources, teachers will gather tools to broaden student understanding of farming and the larger ag industry.

“Investigating Agriculture, Food, & Climate” is open to K-12 teachers.
Sponsored by DeKalb County Farm Bureau Ag Literacy, DeKalb Regional Office of Education, and Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom.
